I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, a journey that continues to shape me. My teaching style is dynamic and alignment focused, guided by a steady awareness of the breath and an invitation to move with purpose. I received my 200-hour training through Soma Yoga Institute in Northern California, where I was immersed in the stillness and magic of the Redwood Forrest — an experience that deeply rooted my understanding of presence and connection. Yoga has been a source of profound healing in my life, offering grounding, clarity, and reconnection to my true essence. It is my hope to create a space where my students can experience that same sense of deep healing, self-trust, and a coming home to themselves.
